The location is superb!. Right in the heart of Jakarta. You can hop on rapid bus system/busway, get a cab, or you can walk to one of the biggest mall in Jakarta - Grand Indonesia, as well as to the luxurious Plaza Indonesia, or to Hard Rock Cafe at ex Mall. The price is one of the lowest in this area, so price is also a huge selling point. The restaurant inside the hotel also provide nice meals, with a very reasonable (if not cheap) meals. This is not the case for the included breakfast though :D. The room itself is clean and modern minimalist style. The free wifi (the speed is quite okay!) provided in the room is also a big plus. All in all, quite a recommended hotel!!
The only minus point of this hotel is it's booking system. The front desk said that the booking I made with Booked.net 3 days before arrival haven't through their system. I have to wait for approximately 30 minutes before luckily got a room. During the wait, another 4 groups of visitors experienced the same issue. The hotel staff said, its better to confirm the booking through phone before arrival.

Neat and clean. Perhaps it is just 2 months old. Hope they could maintain.
It would be good if they could provide the guest with iron and iron board so they could just quickly press the attire before rushing for business meeting.

I would highly recommend the new Fave Hotel for anyone traveling to Jakarta on a budget. The rooms are very nice, and clean - the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is very central. The restaurant in the first floor of the hotel has delicious food and juices, offered at very reasonable prices, and the restaurant staff is fantastic!

Only the location.
The room are too small; not cupboard available, even not a real table but only a shelve. The separation wall between bedroom are very slim, we could hear everything next door. The food is exclusively indonesian (rice at breakfast could be disturbing) and we have to pay extra to get some milk in our coffe!!!! Internet connection too slow. To use only for one night before taking the plane back home.

This hotel was a great find! The prices were very reasonable, especially considering its central location in Jakarta. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the famous wholesale Tanah Tanah shopping place and the Sarinah mall. It was so easy to explore the city and access major shopping areas. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities provided were all I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms may have had a very small window in the bathroom, but the view facing Grand Indonesia at the 5th level was simply wonderful. Plus, the free wifi was a great perk. The breakfast provided had good quality and was included in the price.
Honestly, everything was fine.

Although the rooms are small and bathroom also small, but king-size bed is very comfortable, and for the price is ok. My room was facing the back with a large window, so plenty of sunlight in the morning. The safe was very handy. Elevator needs key to the floor. Flat screen T.V. was good. Air-con functioning good too.
There was no mini fridge/bar although there was a safe. The hotel is new and the room still smell of paint. Although location was quite strategic near cross roads of main Thamrin, but because the hotel is on the side direction to Tanabang, during normal weekday hours the road is always jammed, one needs to cross the road (wahid hasyim) to get a taxi, and that road is full of pollution, vacant taxis also hard to come by. That road is also danger to snatching handbags from passing motorcyclists. Breakfasts only have choice of a or b, and no bacon and eggs done on the spot for you, and no bread. Indonesian breakfast fried rice and mutton with egg on-top only.

The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport and many interesting places in the city. It is also located on a quiet street lined with trees and a 24hr convenience store right next door. the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. the staff offered great service and the breakfast was decent.
The elevator was unreliable and there were times when it was out of order.

Clean, location, restaurant was excellent. The price we paid was 56 euro for 2 nights 2 persons due to a discount deal. The it is a good price
Normal price without discount is over budget for normal backpakkers. Even te 56 euro for 2 persons for 2 nights is only for honeymoon or "1 month" backpackers.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore Jakarta's major shopping areas like Tanah Abang and Sarinah mall, which are within walking distance. The staff provides fast and efficient check-in and check-out services. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail such as a small window in the bathroom to let in natural light.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
